After 2 years in research and design, the CO2 and CO2x Goose Calls are HERE!!!! These are hands down, the best goose calls we have ever used. The length of this call sits approximately at 5.05" in overall length and 1.35" in maximum outer diameter. The short reed LEGEND guts fit nicely into a 0.620" bore. The length and design of this call were made specifically to get a range of low throaty honks and moans as well as hitting high notes that are not possible with many other calls. The CO2x has an ALL ALUMINUM INSERT (lower section)!!! You read that right, the entire insert (exhaust/lower section) of the call is CNC LATHE TURNED ANNODIZED ALUMINUM! You will not believe the pitches you can get out of the aluminum. Not to mention, they are LOUD. If you can't tell, we are excited about this call. Aluminum does get cold quicker than Acrylic, but it also warms up faster. However, the tradeoff for the sounds you can get with this call are worth it. The Barrel (mouthpiece/upper section) of this call is Acrylic, so it is still nice to touch to the lips. The first thing you will notice when you pick up this call is the weight. This is a QUALITY call and you'll know it as soon as you feel it. The weight is impressive, but not so much that it would be a burden around your neck. Our newly designed double ended reed allow for two distinct sound options in tuning this call. The narrow end allows for a large range of pitches and the wider end of the reed allows for a deep mature honker tone. Paired with our LEGEND guts with quick set wedge notches for easy readjustments, this call is ready to put in work. Overall, the ease of use and wide range of pitches in this call make it the greatest short reed goose call we have ever used.
